Yes, In addition to the manufacturers' warranties, we offer a 30 day satisfaction guarantee on our products as long as you return the product in new condition. This includes the box and instructions. You may return the items for refund, exchange for a different size, or store credit. Nondefective returns for a cash refund will be charged a 10% restocking fee. No returns on special orders. If you return an item which you have soiled or otherwise damaged, you will be charged a percentage based on our judgement. We appreciate it if you fold the slings neatly to fit in the carton again. You are responsible for shipping costs.

We try to ship products that we stock within 24 business hours of payment clearing. We normally ship products by USPS or UPS -your choice except Dreamer Design which are drop-shipped free from the manufacturer in Washington by Fed Ex. Some Gymnic products are also dropshipped. You can look up realtime shipping quotes at anytime while shopping. The shopping cart looks up real-time shipping quotes from UPS and USPS. You are given a choice between several options with the current price. You can choose anything from Express Mail to economical Parcel Post or UPS options. Our most popular shipping option is USPS Priority Mail which includes delivery confirmation. International orders have their own shipping options. Merchandise offering free shipping is for the continental US only.
